Suppliers are an important external resource for the development of enterprises and an important source of cost and risk control. 1. All supplied goods must have a qualified "Quality Inspection Report" and relevant product certificates, which comply with relevant national regulations; And ensure that all documents are true, legal, and valid.

2. After all supplied goods have been confirmed in writing by Shanghong as the supply brand, the manufacturer, formula, production process, etc. related to the performance and quality indicators of the specified goods will not be changed at will. If there is a change, the supplier will notify Shanghong in writing at least 20 working days in advance of the change.

3. The supplier acknowledges Shanghong's goods acceptance system and warehouse storage conditions, and voluntarily and strictly adheres to Shanghong's goods acceptance system when accepting the supplied goods.

4. The supplier guarantees to replenish qualified goods within the time specified by Shanghong for goods that have not passed the acceptance inspection. Otherwise, they voluntarily bear all losses caused by this.

5. If the supplier encounters incomplete certificates, brand discrepancies, or any quality issues with the goods that have passed the acceptance inspection before being put into use by Shanghong, the supplier promises to unconditionally return the goods and supplement the qualified goods within the specified time by Shanghong. Otherwise, the supplier voluntarily bears all losses caused by this.

6. Suppliers will never bribe or disguise their employees (including their spouses, children, and relatives, the same below), and maintain integrity and self-discipline.
